Graham Construction provides construction services for many types of construction projects, specializing in the Healthcare, Commercial, Private Education and Industrial construction markets. Our strengths are in partnering with the owner and architect in a collaborative design and construction process intended to produce the most cost effective and creative solutions for our customers. Graham offers Preconstruction and Construction Services using several types of delivery methods depending on the customer’s needs. The following are descriptions of the delivery methods we provide.

Construction Management at Risk (CMc):

This process is collaborative and involves Graham Construction in the early stages of design. Graham provides expertise to the owner and their team to evaluate the cost and feasibility of the project design.

Construction Management as Agent (CMa):

Graham Construction acts as an agent and owner’s representative to manage the construction project. We provide the same types of services as a Construction Manager at Risk; however, due to competitive bidding laws, the construction contracts are between the owner and the prime contractors. Graham then administers and manages all contracts for the owner. Many of our public entity customers will use this delivery method.

General Contractor:

Having a builder’s mentality enables Graham to also acts as a general contractor on many projects. We have the expertise, manpower and equipment to self-perform several aspects of the construction project including concrete work, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, millwork, doors/hardware, drywall and specialties.

Design-Build:

If  the owner desires a turnkey approach to design and construction,  Design-Build construction is used . In this construction method, Graham is responsible for both the design and construction of the project, providing a single source of contact for the customer.
