Employee areas include four restrooms, two breakrooms, three conference rooms and a training room with automated shade control and audio/video equipment. The reception area has a custom fabricated reception desk with a floor to ceiling mural clad to the back wall behind the desk.

Working well with the city of Hiawatha was crucial to completing the project on time. By developing a good relationship early in the project, the city of Hiawatha understood what Graham was trying to accomplish. During freezing temperatures, they assisted Graham with multiple inspections so Graham could proceed with the schedule.

With the final site work to start in May, spring rain began to cause an issue. The team worked long hours and Saturdays. Graham and the contractors all worked together to help coordinate their efforts with equipment and overtime needed to hit the schedule. With all this hard work, Graham consolidated seven weeks into four.
