UnityPoint Health – Jones Regional Medical Center

16,000 SF Addition, 8,700 SF Renovation; August 2014 – December 2015 

Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa, Iowa was having consistent growth over the years. They had been named one of the Top 40 Fastest Growing Hospitals in the United States two years in a row. They chose Graham Construction when the time came to add space to accommodate their growing numbers.

The growth led to the construction of a 16,000 square foot addition that houses their Outpatient Specialty Clinic, Infusion Center and Lab. The Infusion Center was approximately 2,000 square feet and included a 4-chair infusion bay with one private infusion room. It also included a medication room, waiting space, storage room and nurse station.

Graham also helped Jones expand their Rehab Services area by 8,700 SF and expanded and renovated their Surgery suite to increase the number of ORs and pre/post patient rooms. The Pharmacy and the Emergency Department were also expanded with some light renovation work.
