2005 and ongoing projects list

UnityPoint St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, IA and Graham Construction have a long and successful history together. Our first major project was back in 2006 with the construction and renovation of their Emergency Department, Pharmacy, ICU and Surgery areas. The project consisted of a total of 118,980 square feet of which 21,350 was an addition, and 97,630 square feet was a renovation. These areas were occupied and operational during construction requiring multiple phases and strict adherence to a Risk Assessment and Infection Control plan. Since then, we have completed numerous projects for them including CT & Imaging Rooms, MRI Suite Renovation, Patient Floor Remodel, Pain Clinic, Rehab Gym, Vascular Lab, Heart Center Renovation, 3rd Floor renovation, MOP Multi-specialty Clinic renovation, and Resource Center, to name only a few. “Graham Construction never skipped a beat or had a patient complaint related to construction.
