Petersen Pet Hospital

Graham Construction is currently working on its first ever pet hospital. In June 2017, we teamed with Dr. Brad Petersen and Solum Lang Architects to begin a new building project for Petersen Pet Hospital. The new hospital is a single story, slab on grade building. It is a wood-frame structure with a shingle roof. The mechanical and electrical systems were designed under a Design Assist model.

Dr. Petersen has seen continued growth in his Cedar Rapids practice and outgrew his current space. The new pet hospital is just under 10,000 square feet and has state of the art technology, including an operating room, x-ray room, additional provider offices, exam rooms and dental rooms. Dr. Petersen also added some additional services such as Dog and Cat Boarding.
