PDM Precast

Graham Construction partnered with PDM Precast in 2017 to build a new batch plant.  The 5,200 SF facility consisted of a batch plant, restroom, office/control room, mechanical room, aggregate bin storage and admixture storage.  The building envelope was completely precast with EPDM roof. Motorized overhead doors were cut into the precast to allow aggregate belts to enter and drop aggregate into the storage bins. Interior walls were metal studs and drywall.

Graham Construction was on board to oversee grading and site utilities, excavation and foundations, concrete, precast and building enclosure, roofing and interior finishes (framing, drywall, FRP, paint, specialties, doors, frames, hardware).

The equipment came from Germany and was installed on site.  Advance Concrete Technologies (ACT) was hired to procure and install all batch equipment.
