DuPont Pioneer

DuPont Pioneer teamed with Graham Construction to remodel an existing office space to welcome a new business division, Granular Inc. Granular Inc. was purchased by DuPont in 2017. They develop and market farm management software. The space needed to be repurposed into an office space that fit Granular’s tech savvy business environment while maintaining the budget that DuPont Pioneer was looking for.

The design is an open space concept with upgrades to the kitchen and collaborative spaces as well as an expansion to the existing exterior deck. Upgrades included brick feature walls, custom furniture, game room, café space, mother’s rooms, and break out areas. Tiered seating was added for team breakouts and presentations. Interior brick walls and glazed walls were added to give the space the comfort and feeling desired.
