Graham Construction was selected by Midwest Health to build the Northridge Assisted Living project after a competitive bidding process yielded two very closely matched contractors. Graham was selected because of their vast health care experience and their ability to provide creative Value Engineering ideas that benefited the project. The facility consists of thirty-five assisted living units totaling 22,500 square feet and utilizing four different living unit floor plans. The building is a single story wood framed structure featuring a 6/12 hip roof and a relaxing front porch. The U-shaped building surrounds a private landscaped court yard with a gazebo that has become a favorite gathering spot for the residents and their families.
