St. Anthony Regional Hospital Surgery Center
The relationship between St. Anthony Regional Hospital and Graham Construction started in 1992 and has continued with several projects; the latest of which is a new $19,600,000 Surgery Center and Parking Ramp. The first two levels of the four story building consist of a 106 car parking ramp for patient parking. The third level houses the new Surgery Center including four Operating Rooms, two future Operating Rooms, two Endoscopy Rooms, twenty Same Day Surgery Recovery Rooms, nine PACU beds including an Isolation Room and Clean/Dirty/Sterile utilities. The fourth floor includes the mechanical room, and a Healthcare Education Center. The free standing building is connected to the existing hospital by a two level skywalk bridge and an underground connecting building that will house Central Stores, Linen, Information Technology, Medical Records and a Doctors Lounge. One of the highlights on the exterior of the builing is a 30' statue of St. Anthony carved into the stone veneer of the building. The total square footage of the project is 117,800 square feet.
