in the Healthcare, Long-Term Care, Private Education and Commercial markets. Our strengths are in partnering
together with the owner and architect in a collaborative design and construction process that is designed
to produce the most cost effective, creative solutions for our customers. Graham offers Pre-Construction
and Construction services using several types of delivery methods depending on the customers needs. Most
of our projects for private customers use the Construction Manager at Risk, General Contractor, or Design/Build
form of delivery, while we also served as Agency Construction Managers for many public entities.
Many of our customers engage Graham at the beginning of the design phase, because they recognize the value
our Pre-Construction services. Early input on critical issues including, project budget, schedule, long-term
maintenance, and alternative systems play a key role in maximizing the value of the finished project.
