Graham Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for the Dowling Catholic High School Addition & Renovation Project not because of their experience with school construction, but because of their experience with multi-phase projects with tight schedules that require maintaining continuous operations in the facility. One of Dowling Catholic’s main concerns with this project was how to keep their students and staff safe during the construction. Graham’s health care construction experience requires strict adherence to maintaining an infection control and interim life safety plan along with a very high level of cleanliness. These plans are easily adaptable to renovation work in a school environment. This project consisted of a 13,000 SF Science classroom addition, a 6,150 SF Music addition, and a 7,800 SF Physical Education addition.
