Graham Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for the St. Luke’s Hospital Expansion and Renovation project because of their healthcare construction experience and their ability to maintain continuous operations during construction in very sensitive areas. The project consists of a total of 118,980 square feet of which 21,350 SF is additions and 97,630 SF is renovations. The scope of the project includes an addition that expanded the Pharmacy Department, Emergency Department and Surgery and then phased renovations of the existing areas of these departments. Also included is an addition and renovation of the main West Entrance as well as renovation of Ultrasound, ICU, and Physical Rehabilitation. All of these areas were occupied and operational during construction requiring multiple phases and strict adherence to a Risk Assessment and Infection Control plan.
