What started as a 150,000 square foot speculative Design/Build warehouse project is now leased by Dee Zee Manufacturing as a manufacturing facility. Dee Zee installed an aluminum extrusion machine to manufacture aluminum parts for their truck accessory products. The extrusion press required an extensive foundation and pit system to carry the weight of the machine and provide access to maintain the machine.
The building is a 24’ clear pre-engineered steel frame with precast exterior walls and standing seam metal roof. The loading dock area has 10 dock doors and two on grade accessible overhead doors. The building uses an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) fire sprinkler system. This building is part of a larger warehouse complex that is being developed by The Graham Group.
