Graham Construction was selected as the General Contractor for the addition and renovation of Bankers Trust – North Branch facility. The project consisted of a 1,000 square foot addition and renovation of the entire 4,000 square foot existing building. The operation of the bank, including the teller line and drive up windows, could not be interrupted during construction. Graham devised a two phase plan that not only allowed Bankers Trust to continue operations, but also allowed for complete separation of the construction area from the banking area. An added challenge was that the bank's main entry was relocated as a part of the addition, which required developing a temporary entrance and maintaining safe access for the banks customers and staff.
