The new 3E building was a design build project built under tight schedule constraints and was completed in less than seven months from start to finish. Building materials included a steel structure, a precast exterior, aluminum door and windows, and TPO roof system. Several changes were incorporated throughout the construction process ranging from office layouts to building security systems. The 24,000 square foot office features an open two-story lobby, private offices, and indirect lighting throughout the open areas. The 72,000 square foot warehouse houses several dock locations, 22’ ceilings, and more than 20 isles for receiving and shipping of materials. Not only was this project delivered on schedule, but it was also completed under budget.
