Graham Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for the new Zook's Harley-Davidson dealership in late July of 2003 with the understanding that the facility needed to open in the spring to coincide with the peak motorcycle buying season. Graham lead the design team through an accelerated design development phase and was able to break ground the first of September. Zook's moved in and was selling motorcycles six months later on March 8, 2004. It took a very well coordinated and intense team effort to meet this demanding schedule. Nicknamed the "Hog Barn", the new 45,000 square foot facility resembles a traditional Iowa barn including wood timber trusses, wood stalls, and a real concrete staved silo that houses the elevator.
