Boone County Hospital chose Graham Construction as the Construction Manager for their multi-phase renovation project because of their expertise and successful track record with difficult Healthcare renovation projects. The project required five phases and includes interior renovation, exterior restoration and site work as well as significant infrastructure upgrades through out the facility. The exterior portion of the project consisted of demolishing a vacant wing of the building and adding additional parking areas along with exterior building upgrades. Interior renovation projects occured in several locations in the building including the Specialty Clinic, Lab & X-ray, Medical Records, Administration, Business Office and Conference Center, as well as Physical Therapy and Orthopedics. The infrastructure upgrades took place during all phases and consisted of extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades along with temperature controls, fire protection sprinkler and elevator improvements.
