When the APC Company, Inc. decided to move it's office to the Des Moines area, they asked Graham Construction to help them explore their options. After reviewing both new and renovated spaces, APC decided to purchase and develop a 35 acre business park to accommodate their current and future needs. The design build team worked quickly to master plan and begin construction on the development, while also designing and starting construction of the 27,000 square foot phase I office building. This building features large private offices with spectacular views of the wooded site, a spacious "Gallery" style entrance flanked by a boardroom and training areas. Other amenities include a fitness center, locker rooms, and a cafeteria. This project was completed in May of 2003, which was two months ahead of schedule.
