St. Luke’s Hospital needed to expand their clinic services into Hiawatha, a fast growing suburb on the north side of Cedar Rapids. They purchased an abandoned flooring store on a high traffic intersection and Graham began a fast track renovation of the building. The 20,000 square foot building was converted into a Family Practice clinic on one side and a Physical Therapy clinic on the other. The Family Practice clinic also included a lab and x-ray. Graham also upgraded the exterior enclosure of the building by adding face brick to the front elevation and insulation around the entire perimeter of the building. The parking lot was also expanded by adding 72 parking stalls.
