As the construction manager for Iowa Lutheran Hospital Emergency Department Project, Graham Construction worked with the owner and architect to develop four separate floor plans before making a final selection. Each floor plan was based on different types of function and range of cost. The project consisted of over 20,000 square feet of new Emergency Department, relocated meeting rooms, and remodeled support services. Graham solicited bids on the different work packages, updated the owner on schedules and budgets, and coordinated all owner equipment and furnishings.
