We are a team of dedicated project managers, responsive superintendents and committed employees in Des Moines, IA. We have a proactive attitude about our work and hire team members with that same work ethic. These people are the ones that developed the “Graham Mentality” and passionately practice this philosophy every day.

Graham places a high value on education and personal growth. Several of our project managers and project engineers have received their Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accreditation (LEED AP). Also several of our project managers have received the Certified Healthcare Constructor designation from the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).
